The Daily Cocktail

• The Aviator
  A Twist on the Aviation
  

  1.5 oz Plymouth gin
  .5 oz Maraschino
  .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  .5 oz simple syrup
  1 egg white
  2 dashes orange bitters 
  .5 oz creme de cassis

  Shake all the ingredients except the creme de cassis over ice, pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the creme de cassis.
